About Me
I have grown up with dogs and horses, and have always loved the
outdoors. For my Senior Project in High School I was the
Fundraising Chair for the Carmichael Dog Park Society in Carmichael,
CA, and served as one of the founding members.
During college I volunteered at the SSPCA and found it to be one of
the most rewarding things I've ever done. I graduated with A BA in
Organizational Communication from CSUS, and worked in Human
Resources for several years. I found that I longed to be outdoors and
with animals, and thus created Mary Puppins. I'm very happy to have
found a career that is rewarding and that makes a positive difference in
the lives of others.
I love learning about dogs- their breed, background, and individual
personality. I treat my clients as if they were my own, giving them
the love and attention that they deserve.
I am Licensed, certified in Pet First Aid, and a member of and insured
by Pet Sitters Associates, LLC.
